Come here to try the green mole enchiladas! I like the dish selection which is different than what you may see at other Mexican spots in SD. When trying to decide between red & green mole, the server brought out samples of each sauce, which was super nice, especially bc they do taste different! It wasn’t very busy at 7 on a Tuesday, so the reservation (via phone) was not necessary. I would come back to try the cochinita pibil (recommended by server) and the smoked marlin tacos but everything looks so tasty!

Catering service was awesome! Had catering service for my daughter's birthday party! I love it when the food is the best part. I would have photos but by the time I remembered everything was gone. The chips, salsa, guacamole, quesadillas, and tacos. Highly recommend for catering service. Makes me want to go to the restaurant and try some other food.

This place is an absolute Hidden Gem! The food is as authentic as if you were eating on a Mexican beach. It’s not just authentic it’s creative and blends flavors in a unique way. I can’t say enough about the flavor, presentation and delivery. Logistics: parking can be tough but there is paid parking behind the eatery. The name means pan. but not just any pan it’s the pan of the house. They could use some help on their menus design and food descriptions and the facility can use some remodeling but that’s not why we come here! The coffee is authentic Mexican coffee! It’s spicy and super yummy.

This is a pleasant and clean americanized mexican spot, with tasty food and good service. We ordered the cochinita pibil and it was tasty. Didn’t really taste like other cochinita pibil we’ve had in Mexico or the states, but there may be different ways and recipes to cook it. We really enjoyed it! For the dish itself, there was a ton of meat with some red chile sauce/oil which was tasty, juicy and it had a good texture. Also came with rice and beans and corn or flour tortillas. The corn tortillas were grilled, nice and thick, tasty and I recommend them to the flour tortillas. The flour tortillas were hard to shape, but also tasted good. The salsa was a bit spicy, so be careful. I can also attest that their horchata is what’s up.
