Red Lobster

Red Lobster is a popular American seafood chain restaurant that has been serving up delicious seafood dishes for over 50 years. I recently had the opportunity to enjoy a lunch with my family at Red Lobster, and we were all very impressed with the food and service. We started our meal with the Cheddar Bay Biscuits, which are a Red Lobster staple. These biscuits are warm, fluffy, and full of cheddar cheese flavor. They are the perfect way to start any meal at Red Lobster. For our main courses, we ordered a variety of seafood dishes, including the Ultimate Feast, the Lobster Roll, and the Fish and Chips. The Ultimate Feast is a seafood lover's dream, with lobster, shrimp, crab legs, and more. The Lobster Roll is made with fresh lobster meat and served on a toasted bun. The Fish and Chips are made with fresh cod that is battered and fried to perfection. We were all very pleased with our meals. The seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection. The sides were also delicious, especially the Coleslaw and the Mashed Potatoes. In addition to the great food, we also enjoyed the friendly and attentive service at Red Lobster. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made sure that we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Red Lobster. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend Red Lobster to anyone looking for a great seafood meal. Here are some specific things that my family and I loved about our Red Lobster lunch: The Cheddar Bay Biscuits are simply irresistible. The seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection. The sides were also delicious, especially the Coleslaw and the Mashed Potatoes. The service was friendly and attentive. The prices were reasonable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Red Lobster and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great seafood meal.

During visit there was a server shortage. Only 1 server for whole dining area. Observed table in open area stay dirty for over 30 minutes before being hastily wiped off but food crumbs/debris left and clearly visible. On way out paid at counter near bar so asked bartender who was not busy if I could leave tip with her thinking she would give tip to the server but was told I needed to walk back to table in dining area. No very helpful or a kindly response let alone for a senior citizen. More staffing and maybe better customer service/team training for bartenders.

Came here for endless shrimp promo. Basically it is $23.99 per person for unlimited orders of 5 shrimp dishes. Each round can order 2 dishes per person. It came with a free side and biscuits. I love the flavor of biscuits btw! It is generally a good deal considering the amount of shrimps one can eat.. But, the food is kind of salty which limits one's appetite. We provided this feedback but they could not change the flavor. Alternatively, they offered grilled shrimps which is less salty. We loved the coconut shrimps, Walt's favorite shrimps and grilled shrimps. Others like bacon shrimps we would not order again. Ah also they didn't have Argentine shrimps for the day.

Go find Nina! Best service we've ever get! She has so much passion and enthusiam. She gave us great suggestion on food and cocktails. She always came around to ask for what's needed. She offered great service! Before dinner, I actually had a day with a bit depression, but totally cured by Nina! She passed her happiness to me. Go talk to her! You'll have a wonderful night.
