Todo Sushi

Everything was great aside from the music; it was blaring. Our server was phenomenal but we had a hard time hearing him over the music blaring from a single speaker that was faced forwards the dining areas. Aside from that, all good and I’d be back but I won’t dine inside. I’ll sit outside Or get it TO GO.

Food is on point. I love the service. The waiter gave my wofe and i a drink on the house becuase we weren't from area. They made us feel really special and I love people from San Diego! I'm from LA. Good vibes and good food at this restaurant. Prices are very fair. Will definitely return for my next SD TRIP

I've been coming to Todo for over 15 years and it's kept it's quality up the whole time. Great sushi and great value. It's American style sushi, but Todo doesn't have the usual issues you always see. The rice is soft and well prepared, and the fish is fresh and well portioned. I recommend the Salmon Skin Tempura Roll, which gives me Korean kimbap vibes. That briny punch from the smoked salmon in the Karen Roll also goes crazy.

We were NOT expecting such phenomenal service! We had a work event nearby and went for dinner after and sat at the bar. The guys making the sushi were so friendly and funny and we’re patient as I struggled to order outside my comfort zone. Absolutely everything was delicious and the price was shockingly affordable!!! Will definitely make the effort to revisit based on atmosphere alone, but delicious food (my coworker is Japanese and couldn’t stop ordering)

Came here with my wife on a Monday for dinner. They have half of selected items. We ordered gyoza, nigiri and rolls. The fish on the nigiri were okay quality. The eel was the best of the nigiri we ordered. The rolls made up for flavor, although most of the rolls we looked at were just a California roll with different fish on top. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick. The environment was good and not loud. We sat outside where they had heaters to keep the area comfortable. We would come back for their special if we were in the area.
