Love Bivouac! Came here last night for dinner and drinks and everything was awesome! Especially the fried chicken sandwich and the burger (with homemade pickles made from homegrown cucumbers!). This place has a great vibe, and has a ton of gluten-free options. And they’re dog friendly! I will definitely return!

The team here, including Sam, William, Carmen, Josh, and, notably, Devon, epitomizes exceptional service and hospitality. Another Sam, working their culinary magic in the kitchen, adds to the warm atmosphere. Upon entering, you’re embraced by an inviting ambiance adorned with natural elements, warm lighting, and climbing rope details. Whether you arrive with friends or family, pets, the atmosphere sets the stage for a truly memorable dining experience. Now, let’s delve into the culinary delights. Bivouac Ciderworks boasts a menu that’s nothing short of a culinary tastiness. It’s no wonder I’m a regular here (I highly recommend the campfire old fashioned). The food is consistently exceptional, making it the perfect venue for quality time with loved ones. Furthermore, Bivouac Ciderworks offers a delightful selection of classic games for patrons to enjoy, alongside entertaining trivia nights every Thursday. Even my young daughter gives her enthusiastic approval for their non-alcoholic cider options. She particularly adores their delectable burgers and the warm pretzel plate. What a fun little dive! Right on 30th in North Park across from Crazy Burger, this place is easy to spot. We came for Yappy (Happy) Hour and got meatballs, roasted red pepper hummus with cucumber roasted carrot and pita, and soft pretzels. The pretzels are little pretzel loads not a twisted pretzel but tasted amazing! Everything was great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We had the San Diego Jam Cider which was an easy drink and very delicious as well as the Savoy, which was a very traditional tasting cider. Also got some "Research and Development" ciders in a flight and loved them all. Delicious flavors and fun atmosphere, we will definitely be back!

Local favorite! My fiancée and I have been coming to Bivouac Ciderworks for years. We are not big beer drinkers and prefer a cocktail when we go out but we have a soft spot for ciders. Bivouac has some of the best local ciders around with a flavor for everyone. The ambiance is modern and comfortable and the place is pet friendly so be sure to bring your fur baby.

We came here for happy hour but I ended up just ordering from the regular menu because nothing really intrigued me from the HH menu. Came at 5PM on a Friday and there was no wait, the place was pretty empty. It gets busier around 7PM. ~PARKING~ Only street parking but there is a paid parking structure about a 5 min walk away. ~FOOD/DRINKS~ I got the cider flight ($13) with Prickly Pear Guava and 2 seasonal ciders, Bimini Twist and Cat's Paw. All were delicious. I also ordered the Bivouac Burger ($16) and it was huge. Mouth was low key hurting from how big it was. They put tons of fresh veggies in it and the aioli sauce was delicious. It came with a side of fries which were perfectly seasoned and crispy. ~AMBIANCE~ Such a cozy and nicely decorated place. Came here in October and the place was ready for the fall. Felt happy being here. Service is friendly but not very attentive. Food came out in a reasonable time, but it takes a while to get your order in.

Delicious and unique cider variations! You don't see many cideries around and Bivouac Ciderworks does not disappoint. They feature different cider flavors, from dry to sweet, and even have rotating seasonal offerings . The food options are great as well, and also include vegan and vegetarian options!
