Jersey Mike's Subs

I've ordered delivery a couple times recently. Both times the order has been accurate which is a big plus on delivery orders. There are a lot of really good local sub shops in SD that you won't get from a chain, but Jersey Mike's is good enough for a fast food sub shop and way better than let's say a Subway. I recommend the Big Kahuna, and the giant size is a lot of food.

The staff here were great! I had great conversations with three of them and it was more than the simple pleasantries of "how are you?"and "what would you like today?" I always go with the California club on Rosemary parmesan bread, Mike's way with extra tomatoes, honey mustard, and pickles on the side. That sandwich never disappoints. I went steering lunch time but the line went quickly and they were fast and efficient. Definitely join the Jersey Mike's club and download their app. When I'm in a hurry, all I have to do is go on their app order the sandwich and then just walk in and pick it up. Also on your birthday you get a free regular sandwich and they have a point system where after so many purchases you can get free sandwiches as well. I have also use their catering for work events and they are always a hit. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent. First time I had their subs I was really disappointed. Then a friend want me to eat with them at Jersey Mike's, she was shocked when I told her I didnt like their subs. Well, College Area Jersey Mike's won me back. Since then I am on a mission to to be a promoter for Jersey Mikes. I have a rule, give 3 chances and never write reviews when angry. Nor write review without giving a chance to fix the problem. After that, I tell of my experience which ever way it go. However, if I give a 1 🌟 that means never, try or buy from them unless you see I update my review.

We are regular patrons where ever there is a location nearby, we're sure to have it for lunch! This store was in Rosecrans, San Diego, CA, ...busy!! Been here before and it was consistent. Today though, the Sandwich cutter/wrapper guy at the end of the line was in such a hurry that he didn't take time to listen to me - the customer, about my special request on cutting & wrapping each giant sub. In my frustration, I just said.. Never mind, just wrap it - he didn't even care to ask me if he can make it better by re-made cutting, or wrapping correctly. Very impersonal, no courtesy, close to rudeness!! Not going back there again!!
