This is my favorite spot for açaí bowls in San Diego. They also have awesome smoothies and tortas. I highly recommend!

The acai bowls are big! I ordered online. They kept my bowl cold. It was not runny at all when I arrived for pick-up. On the menu, the bowls look basic but the menu expands so you can customize, including free add-ons such as coconut, peanut butter and honey. For the peanut butter lovers, the peanut butter is on top of the bowls, not blended.

This is a takeout joint. Super fresh amazing food. When you're in this area, you gotta hit up this place. Lime agua fresca was perfect. Torta de lomo was well made but I definitely want to try their vegetarian next time. Can't wait to go back.

This is a local spot that has been a favorite of mine for some time. Friendly people. Very tasty menu. Fair prices. The only knock is that parking is awful. Hope you try it and enjoy as much as I do.

Great spot for a cheap acai bowl, smoothie, or a torta. Fruit is very fresh and made quick. Jalapeño with the torta is a nice touch and a great combination.

Especially the avocados. Also the prices are fair. The smoothies and acai bowls are quite tasty. Make it to your liking with the nice patrons of this wonderful added choice for healthy stuff.

Best açaí bowls in the area (and in California). $12 for a premium bowl with açaí AND dragonfruit base WITH banana, mango, pineapple, strawberries, banana, granola, hemp hearts, goji berries, cacao nibs is unheard of anywhere else. The same bowl would cost $16 in the Bay Area. For those less adventurous, $10 gets you a generously sized açaí bowl with strawb, banana, blueberries, granola, coconut. Always getting this when I visit from Boston

Señor Mangos is a Normal Heights/North Park staple for smoothies, juices, and fruit/smoothie bowls. Everything they make is extremely fresh! You can see them chop the fresh fruit through the glass behind the cashier. I love the sunset peach and papaya mango smoothies, as well as the Vampiro juice (carrot, orange, beet, and celery). The staff is always welcoming and chipper, and they have great memories! Definitely a perfect choice for a smoothie or juice while in the Normal Heights and North Park neighborhoods.
