Found this sushi place..by accident.
And I am glad.. the location is a bit difficult..but its totally worth the effort.
I sit at the bar and ordered the
Sashimi (salmon) super fresh!
And yummy....also got the spicy tuna rolls..its was delicious..I'm definitely going to be back to this place...I'm super happy I found it. Also I don't have any pictures because I just couldn't stop eating..its that good 🤗😛

Yum yum! We love this place for the sushi and the strawberry chilled sake. Garlic edamame is oh so yummy and always a must. Happy hour menu every day 3-6pm.

Location maybe not the fanciest, but food- hands down best in whole San Diego. I live by and constantly go for take outside from Tsuruya! Great people work here too, very pleasant and polite.
Even if I'd end up moving further away, I'd take a drive to eat there 👌🏼

This place is awesome!
☆☆ We ordered a philly roll, California roll, vegetable yakisoba and beef bulgogi. Our food was fresh and delicious!
☆ The service was amazing! Our kiddo brought a kids meal from another place inside while we had our dinner and the manager was very understanding about it. He even talked with us for a while at our table; super friendly and personable guy!
☆ Plenty of parking available!
☆ The best part is that the prices are very fair!

Good sushi, got the $59 boat and a side roll of Philadelphia. It tasted good and was very well presented.
The drink special was nice too, buy 2 beers and get a house sake for 1 cent.

We decided to give this place a try after looking through pages of reviews for good sushi near our hotel. We were NOT disappointed! The selection was good, the prices were fair, and the quality was great! Our server was attentive and everything we ordered was fresh and delicious! This is our new go-to place for when we visit San Diego. Great experience!

Sushi is good and there is a wide selection of rolls, hand-rolls, and other Japanese dishes. They have a kids friendly menu which is nice when you go out with family and there are children present. Has 2 popular beers, one of which is Sapporos and some wine as well. Parking lot is small but I've never had trouble parking here. Overall it's a solid sushi joint with great customer service. I would really recommend ordering the Hungry Guy roll, comes with some tempura and avocado on top.

Very solid sushi place. Great staff. Very good 🍣, and very affordable. The rolls are HUGE. So, it is a great value. To be clear, I am a tough reviewer, I only give 5 🌟 when a place is truly excellent. This place deserves a 4+ stars. I recommend dining at this establishment.
