Juan Tequila Bar & Restaurant

If you want a true honest response, here it is. My first time here was great since they also had live music. This place is nice but when it gets late, it gets super packed. There are more tables than a dance floor. I get that it’s also a restaurant earlier in the day but if it’s going to be a place to hang out at night… it needs to be bigger. I could barely move and I kept getting squished. You will barely have room to dance. Whoever owns the place needs to rent out a bigger space. This place does have potential.

Yo. As a lonely female traveler from Michigan, Jordan could not have made me feel more welcome and safe in the environment of Juan Tequila. Lemme say, the quesabirria- ON POINT. I have never, I can’t even explain. Omg. I have never experienced bar food at the level of Juan Tequila, nor have I had such a friendly conversation with a bartender (Jordan) as I have tonight. Thank you so much for making this Michiganian welcome in your establishment. P.S. Give Jordan a raise, he deserves it for his kindness and personability. I have to admit I was a little leary going in because it was a little early so the place was a little empty. To our surprise the music was great and the bartender was amazing. Oddly enough he knew what we needed without us saying a word. We went from an awkward situation to completely relaxed just enjoying the environment. The bartender even gave us a rundown of the schedule so we would know what was happening and the vibe for the night. I will definitely be going back because that was an unexpected great time.

The Mahi Mahi tacos are to die for, full of flavor, and delicious sauces. The tres leches dessert was absolutely the best one we’ve had. It comes with a unique and mouth watering homemade coconut jelly which pairs perfectly with the cake. 10/10, TRY THE TRES LECHES CAKE! You will regret it if you don’t.
