It was busy that day (Saturday) but our waitress kept checking in with us food came faster than I expected for a weekend, great service.

We always leave with a full stomach! For this occasion we order the Breakfast Sampler and the World-Famous Pancake combo (w/strawberry banana pancakes) and everything was great! The pancakes are always soft and fluffy (obviously tasty) and they always get your eggs done right (we chose over-easy and sunny-side up).

Very good food. The place seems kinda small from the outside but it's very spacious. The waffles and pancakes are awesome. There's limited parking. We payed with cash but they do accept credit or debit cards. The waiter were nice and very helpful. We went out very satisfied for the service and the food we got. Would recommend for anyone for either breakfast or brunch.

Came here with the family because everything else was closed, unfortunately. Although I hate IHOP the waiter that helped us was extremely polite and very professional, his name tag wasn't present but if you get him you'll know. Food is hardly edible and really was a last resort but the hot chocolate was top tier.
