Great layout and decide with a cool name what’s not to love. Got to enjoy some chicken Marsala with garlic naan and the tandoori chicken. Fully enjoyed the curry it has great flavor with a light spice that you could taste but not too hot. The tandoori chicken came with a side of cumin rice and two sauces which went some well with the chicken. One of the big highlights was a spiced ice black tea with my meal that just complimented everything. Would definitely come back.

Great food and very delicious! I found it that the kitchen is missing very important items for the vegetarian community like broccoli and mushrooms which would have add a lot to the food flavor and health value. Overall great service and great atmosphere ✨ Thank you Cass and mimi 🙏😊

Probably the best Indian cuisine we’ve had on the West Coast. We made it in for the last few minutes of happy hour and got a bunch of appetizers and some cocktails, everything was delicious, the curry fried chicken was amazing.

Great food in an upbeat yet relaxing atmosphere. Definitely will return. They even made me a new dish when I didn’t care for the spice and flavor of my original dish.

Probably the best Indian food I have had in San Diego! Game here for happy hours to take advantage of some of the menu items and it was definitely a good call. Bombay Sangria and Mango Mimosa were top notch! Mimosa didn't even taste to alcoholics so I could have just finished it all in a couple of big sips. Wings with the tamarind sauce were lovely. Came out hot and had that perfect flavor as well. Good amount of meat on those wings too - not just bones. Naan Bruschetta was very creative. The topping was chopped up tomatoes with some Sev, and even though I'm not a fan of tomatoes, I actually love this. Naan was fresh and soft and this overall combination went well together as well. Butter chicken and Saag Chicken with both freaking amazing! Very generous amount of chicken in there and very big portion size as well. The gravy of both of them were just perfect and so good, even plain. Saag had a little bit of a spice to it, which made it even better. Entree items came with rice and even the rice was flavorful on its own. None of the dishes seemed too oily or greasy like a lot of Indian places. We also got a Naan on the side to have with the curries, and oh my gosh what a beautiful Naan! Not extra buttery like some places, and this was just soft and light and fluffy and just beyond amazing! So warm as well. Husband and I could each have had one of our own! Had the Chocolate Samosas with Pistachio Ice Cream for dessert. The filling was actually just melted dark chocolate and tasted quite nice. We were hoping it would not be Nutella inside because that flavor can get too strong. Samosas when I send crispy and chocolate inside. Was melty. Really good end to the meal. 10/10 recommend this place. P. S. The service is surprisingly fast! Definitely recommend even more for that. ------ Second time coming here and I expected her to be amazing like last time but definitely not the case! I had made a reservation for 6 people ahead of time for a Saturday evening and when we got there, it turned out they had lost our reservation and we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Service was extremely slow! First appetizer came within 5 minutes but the next two took good 15 minutes on top of that to come out. They came out pretty much just around the time the entrees came. Chicken Tikka Poutine: Really good. Waffle fries were nice and thick but still crispy on the outside. Curry sauce on top with lovely and portion size is quite good. Chicken Tikka: The pieces look quite large but extremely dry. Quite overcooked. The chicken itself is also too salty. Curry sauce and chutney(too less of this) on the side saved it. Nirvana Chicken Curry: I was surprised! Curry itself was amazing - really good flavor. But the chicken itself was overcooked. Butter Chicken: Good curry again, but chicken was definitely overcooked. Saag Paneer: Soft paneer and good amount of paneer as well. But the curry was not as good. Quite chunky and the flavor was a little off. Cocktails looked wrong! Got the Bombay Sangria like last time, but it did not look like sangria from a previous time at all. Orange in color (instead of the maroon like a regular sangria and like what did was last time). Also came in a regular wine glass instead of a stemmed one.

Curryosity is a great restaurant serving outstanding Indian food with a western twist. The happy hour appetizers and cocktails are only $5 each, well worth it to sample most, if not all with a small group. The traditional entrees are made very flavorfully and pair great with their authentically made garlic naan.

Really awesome Indian restaurant! They had the classics like Chicken Tikka Masala, Vindaloo, Saag Paneer, Butter Chicken, etc., but they also had some really interesting modern fusion things: we tried the Naan Bruschetta, and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was very fresh and excellent quality. Their cocktails were also super interesting: each one was inspired by various flavor profiles of Indian cuisine, and they were cocktails unlike anything I had tried before. The staff were also super friendly and responsive; great service! I highly recommend checking this place out!

The place was clean and inviting. We didn't have a reservation but was seated quickly. The food was great and portions good. We could have used more rice either the amount of curry they served. But enjoyed the meal very much.

We sat in the back section on the cushions in the decorated room and it was really nice. Service was prompt, food has authentic taste and beautiful appearance, and the drinks were good. We had the Tandoori shrimp, the chickpea battered shrimp snacks, the samosa with vegetables in it, and the chicken masala with garlic naan. EVERYTHING was good right on down to the doing sauces. You can tell everything is super fresh out cooked to order. Wait for the food was not long either. (I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the food because it smelled so good I had to immediately eat.) If you do go here, as it's super popular, make reservations. We walked in and though they were busy, they accommodated us quickly. Will DEFINITELY be back!!

Curryosity is the best Indian restaurant that is in San Diego (in my not so professional opinion) 😂. The people that work there are top notch. They really did a good job of hiring. The girl that we always get (who's name I can never remember because I'm so bad at names, but she's got short blonde hair) is flawless at bartending. Her drinks are perfectly balanced with not too much alcohol and not too little. Also make sure you try the strawberry mojito. It's got homemade ginger syrup in it and it sets it off so perfectly. The food is just ridiculously out of this world. Nothing is too greasy. The chicken is never too dry. And you know how a lot of times when you go to restaurants the shrimp will be too dry, too small, or both? Not here. The shrimp is always nice and large and juicy. And the chutneys. OMG! You have to try the chutney sampler because it's just ridiculously delicious. Try mixing and matching with the hot chutney and the mango at the same time. We try not to come too often because we want it to remain *that* special place that we come to. If you get a chance to come here take it!
