This hotel was perfect. Friendly and helpful staff, great central location, walking to stores, restaurants And bars was a breeze. The room itself felt like a small house not a hotel room. Huge bathroom private bedroom small full kitchen complete with dishes and dishwasher! Great view of the city and close to the ocean via scooter or Uber. I would give this hotel more stars if I could.

Room was very small and the beds, considering it was a Marriott, were very uncomfortable. Mattress would easily move from the base. Because of Covid, housekeeping would not go into your room to clean. If you requested items, they would give them to you. Parking was tight. Location of hotel was good just lots of homeless in the surrounding areas. Hotel itself was good and staff very kind and ready to help. Pool was closed as well.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels and resorts check ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ made a reservation for a hotel room on there and these guys had the absolute best rates worldwide! Our Family of 5 took a Mini Vacation to San Diego. We Chose the Marriott Vacation Club Pulse in Downtown San Diego because of the nice location and updated rooms on the website. I must say we were extremely impressed with our room. High End Hotel for A Reasonable Price! It was Clean, Spacious, and had a City View from our window. The Staff was Very Polite and Helpful. They made you feel at home. The Security Guard, Tony was very polite and helpful. He is Awesome. Indoor Pool was Refreshing! I will definitely be Returning.

5 star feel with a "3 star" price. I honestly think the hotel should be graded as 4 star. Staff are super welcoming and friendly..location is key..in the heart of all the attractions..walk to gas lamp..take a trolly to the waterfront..close to balboa park..lots of food coffee shops within walking distance.

Everything was great, it was in the middle of San Diego so everything was a short drive. The staff were very informative and practice all safety measures due to the pandemic. The room was very clean and worth it, when we had a question about the shower they sent some up within 5mins. Only thing, which is actually pretty minor, the hotel parking lot is up on the 11 floor and the structure it’s self is really tight, which they did inform me about when I first checked in. We are definitely going to return to this location.
