Starbucks

This morning, a manager and a customer instigated an altercation with a homeless person who was not hurting anyone by simply Being in the store and maybe needing to use the restroom. He was mentally unstable and had no where to go, meanwhile the manager and some of the employees are laughing at his emotional outburst, while another customer is pushing him outside. Truly disgusting. I hope they are relieved of their jobs.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, but their morning crew is amazing so they earned the one. Their management is horrendous and the leadership there is nonexistent. They have 2-3 people usually on the floor getting swamped with work causing the line to back up towards the door. Those baristas on the floor are killing it but they’re left out to dry by their sorry manager Jen. She lets rude customers walk all over her staff with no backup, and can’t even be bothered to help out when the store is in a rush. Don’t bother coming here.

I honestly love this place, service is quick, super clean and efficient. Staff is great! The only reason i'm giving it one star is the homeless people that hang out here. And don't get me wrong, i dont hate them, but I'm paying top dollar for a drink. I don't want homeless people to hang out near where i'm supposed to work and relax. Especially with that smell and loud attitude. I will not come back until this issue is resolved, i've had enough and i'm sure the staff has had enough too! Put limits to people and stop letting them ride you. I dont think it's a healthy environment. pretty much disgusting.

King of serving dishwater taste coffee. Asked for a regular coffee and what I got was cold stale coffee and the barista said that she can't do anything about it. I got the second cup and it was the same story. I have attached the photo of both cup which I left it as a souvenir for Starbucks. This is what happens when companies become too big. Hope Starbuck goes down just Dunkin donuts.
