So when I was a kid I remember my parents saying how expensive it was to go here, but like $5 for a waffle cone is a lot less than what I'm paying at those new foofy places anyway. Staff were super nice and didn't mind my friend and I were taking forever to decide what flavors we wanted. Will ice cream again.

It's never ever busy here. You can always get a cup or a cone with some terse service. I don't blame people for that though. Imagine you're working retail in a crap mall in a crap, Stepford location, serving chain ice cream. Don't hate on the staff. They're doing a fine job with a mediocre product. You know what you're getting.

I hate this place the one !in La Jolla ,costa verde complex the 2 girls working on the night of 30th June I am especially specific about them because they were so mean and so bad with the service they were on their phones and on loud speaker chatting and giggling really not worried about the costumers extremely unprofessional !! I can’t really put into words how bad they were Banging the ice cream door Closing down the place by 9:40pm Not entertaining anyone after! We went there around 9:30 to be specific! Look into the cameras if need be they need to be fired!

Do NOT purchase from this location! New owner Benoit is rude, nasty and knows nothing about customer relations or business. We purchased a gift certificate to support our local HS Choir less than a year ago my daughter tried to use it today to purchase a birthday cake for my wife as a surprise. Benoit and his staff refused to honor the certificate and was yelling at me on the phone and un-willing to come to a resolution to keep a customer. I am out $20.00 and it looks like I will be taking him to small claims. With this type of customer service this location will be out of business in no time.
