Dunkin'

Out of the few locations I have visited, this one definitely has the most parking in addition to their drive thru option. It also serves Baskin-Robbins ice cream. The staff is helpful and attentive which is of course paramount in customer service. Also appears that there are some tables available for indoor eating (be sure to check with the a staff member) and a restroom available to customers by request (for the key).

Typically I dont have a problem here but this particular morning the lady that took my order was rushing the hell out of me and was just rude the entire order. If you dont like your job find another don't ruin everybody else's morning because you're disgruntled. The food is typically really good but today it tasted horrible. The bagel minis tasted like there were chemicals in the oven when they were toasted or however they do it. The snackin bacon was OVERLOADED with the sugar seasoning they put. My first bite was a mouth full of sugar.

Rosecrans st., Dunkin... great staff, helpful, and great coffee and donuts... sandwiches, too! P.S.... Just returned to Dunkin on Rosecrans. Much to my dismay, management covered ALL plug in! Much needed charge in past, was welcomed. Now, I need to find another place to charge when I come into point loma....

Truly one of the worst DDs I've ever been too. My coworkers and I are regulars here due to the proximity to our office. However, they are CONSTANTLY messing up orders. And then when the order is correct, its poorly done!! For example today, we ordered a bagel with cream cheese among other things. Drove away with the rest of the order only to find that the bagel was missing. So we drive back get the back and then get back to the office to realize, THEY DIDN'T TOAST IT. and there was like a teaspoon of cream cheese on here!!! This would literally never fly on the east coast. I never review places, but I'm fed up. I can't believe people give it such good reviews.
