Got unlucky with our reservation at Jeong Won's and walked over to check this place out. Our first time was delicious with our sandwiches and our chicken wings bein on point. They don't usually carry the wings anymore but they do carry pork belly or Bulgolgi tater tots which are also dope. Usual order is the Big Shrimpin' sandwich with an order of pork belly tater tots, and a Vietnamese ice coffee. Would advise getting here early as parking is shared in the shopping center and is always in short supply.

This place is phenomenal - from the food to the service I give it 5+ stars. Say hi to Kevin and try the bao buns and Mr. Tofu bahn mi, flavor and portions are on point!

Who knew that a classic Banh Mi could be modernized and made cool?! The people at Baguette Bros. have done just that. Very simple menu with just a great blend of tastes. I went due to curiosity and all the talk I've been hearing about this place. Upon entering, I was greeted and offered assistance if there were any questions. Without any thought, I ordered the "Mr. Tofu" and a green tea. The food was amazing, not only was everything cooked with care, the presentation was equally thought out (I know. It's a sandwich cut in half on a paper plate. But I was impressed damnit!). The tofu was not too squishy and the mushrooms were not too overpowering. The bread (which makes the Banh Mi IMO) was crunchy and not tough. Additionally the homemade shrimp chips were a nice added touch to the meal! I would definitely come back and try the other options on the menu!

Very flavorful takes on banh mi! I had the Mr. Tofu and tots, along with a rose milk tea, everything was excellent! Service was also excellent and super-friendly. Make sure you try the cilantro lime ranch if you get fries or tots!

Super friendly and welcoming service! The Gangnam Style banh mi was delicious... the bulgogi was tender and not over cooked. The bread was soft inside and the exterior was crispy and flaky, perfect. No MSG, and made to order. The vegetables were also pickled nicely, not too sour, not too sweet. Great place! Definitely looking forward to being a regular here :)

I stopped here after forgetting that my go-to place, K Sandwiches, was no longer around. Baguette Bros. have a short list of bahn mi sandwiches, but I thought I'd go ahead and give it a try. The whole point was to grab a sandwich I could eat at break during my evening class. I got the pork bahn mi sandwich with lemongrass, which was a nice change from the usual. It came in about a 8"-9" sandwich served warm, not like the cold crunchy K Sandwich or Cali Baguette type. This was fine and was actually great tasting when eaten warm. Unfortunately, if you're saving the other half for class the heat will just end up making your sandwich a little mushy later. It was still good, though. I'm not a huge fan of the shrimp chips, but I ate them anyway. The only reasons why I gave them a 4 and not 5 rating was because of the shrimp chips and that they didn't have a few more sandwich options. Maybe they could give you an option of which type of chips you get with your sandwich. Overall, if you eat here, you'll enjoy their nicely done vintage/industrial interior, friendly service, and their twist on the standard bahn mi sandwich.

Clean with friendly staff. Was feeling adventurous and had the Bulgogi fries as my main entree. It was intimidating once I got it because was not sure how to start eating it. Just went head on and mixed everything. Dipped the fries into the yolk. Wow! It is flavorful. It is messy, which does not bother me. The Gangnam Style was ok, the meat was a bit over cooked. The Gangnam Style is Bulgogi rib eye meat. Vietnamese coffee was strong.
