Wingstop

I can’t believe, how this person is manager, as soon as we we’re enter she was giving atitude to their coworkers (i’m 100% sure she is supervisor) But SHE was so mad and treat him very bad, also she was complaining about the time we enter, we go at 10:50 which is not bad, because they closed at 12, and she was mad pointing at us, and she was looking at us really bad, we don’t eat comfortable, they don’t have thrash cans on the place and neither napkins. They should fired her or at least do something about her mood. I’m not going back to that location. The guy who is in the picture was amazing, very helpful, kind, we love him!🥰

I ordered on the phone beforehand so it could be ready by the time i got there, i get there and they have me waiting 20 mins they dont say the food is ready or anything. im sitting in the lobby and i see other people already getting their food that got there after me, so i go up to the cashier and ask if my order is ready and it was sitting there for the whole 20 mins i was waiting. i get home my food is cold and i open my wings i only have 6 wings when i ordered the 8 piece combo. they need to hire older people bc the ones working look like they just got out of highschool and clearly cant get it right.

People told me this is a go place to get fried chicken wings. So I finally gave it a try. What I don't like about the menu is if you only wanted a small order of wings you couldn't do antifungal less than 10 pieces a la cart. I ended up getting the meals with fries. You can select different seasoning. I got an original and garlic parm. It was a mistake. Our take out broke due to the greasy mess and I loss the side of veggies all over the ground. The wings are tiny, but the garlic parm wings was really good.

It has been couple of months they have reopened. The old crew were great and always had the wings nice and crispy and the buns were always toasted and warm. Whatever happened to them hope they’re doing great and have a better opportunity in life. I went in today and ordered my wings. waited for while for my order even when I added another other literally three minutes after my mother in law wanted wings after all. Waited for 45 minutes when they told me it was goin take 18 minutes and adding an additional order three minutes after should’ve made a difference. Got my order and then they had it all mix up. Had wait another five minutes for them to figure out who order belongs to who. Finally got my order went home had my wings my wings they were okay. Wish they were crispy. My buns were not toasted. They were super grossly cold. It’s like they literally just grab the bun it of the package and just smeared butter on it. That how I felt and I order six of them and they’re not cheap. So I expect my buns to be toasted and hot for the price I pay for. Literally waste of $40 bucks for two meals and additional order of wings along with the buns. Just go to another wingstop that has been open for while not this location until it gets better.

So me and my roommate were looking for some wings. And this is probly my 10th time coming to this location. Usually the food was nice and hot and the place is always clean, that's the reason for the 2 stars. Anyway my food came out And this was sitting at the bottom of my plate. This is after I started to pour some out. I hope whatever cause them to do this gets fixed. That is a lot of oil.
