Pizza Hut

I would give 0 stars if I could. While waiting for my pizza to be made the employee making my pizza walked by the counter itching his groin area and then proceeded to make my pizza, then he went around the corner still itching his groin and grabbing more pizza sauce. I saw him itch himself again and again while I was waiting in line to cancel my order and get my money back. I have never been so disgusted in my life! None of the employees preparing the food were wearing any gloves and clearly proper food handling and hygiene are not practiced here. This place should be shut down!!!!!!!!!

Ordered carryout cause its close to where I live, but it was a big mistake. 1. They kept me waiting in store for 20mins long after the food was out. I was sitting in the store after I paid, but they did not call my name when my food was ready. 2. I ordered 5 topping large pizza, but it came with only 4. The pizza had so much oil it felt like its fried or whatever. Was worst pizza ever and I will not have anymore pizzahut because of this place.

I just ordered pizza from here first time and it was delivered fast and the pizza was perfect. Just as I ordered it, really hot and fresh. I used to be stationed on NAS Lemoore and the pizza hut there was just awful. This pizza hut is by far and away tons better. No complaints. I don't know about the older reviews here...no complaints from this pizza hut. Pretty damn good pizza.

The delivery people are friendly. The delivery is prompt. The quality of the pizza however, is a bit lacking. There isn't enough cheese on it, and it tastes a bit bland compared to their competitors. I would rank it above Little Ceaser's, but way below Domino's. They need a makeover, like Domino's did.

Estimated delivery time was 6:19 I called the store at 6:43 and was told the delivery driver just left and offered no compensation. It came at 6:50 and the driver was very apologetic. Too bad the staff answering the phone had no customer service etiquette. Going for quality at long island Mike's next time instead of a (not so) quick fix with pizza hut.
