Cotija's Mex Grill & Seafood

It was...satisfactory. Had some fish tacos. They were ok; not the best, but not awful. The corn tortillas were soft and old and weren’t grill like they are at other places. I say old cuz they just crumbled when I picked up the taco. Price was ok I guess, but seemed like a few bucks too much. If the option was available to give half stars, I would give this place 2 1/2 stars, a rating right down the middle. But since I can’t, I rated/rounded down because there are so many other good places for Mexican food.

I ordered a wet burrito and got a French Fry mess. Getting the wrong order, I nicely asked for my correct order and was denied. Claudia decline to make my burrito because the manager wasn’t there, even though the burrito was $7. They would rather not give me my correct order (that I paid for) than to lose a costumer. My family and I have been going here for a long while, I’m so disappointed in the customer service I received to the point I wrote this review. I have never written a review... Hope this helps

While the food was decent and plentiful they forgot a portion of our order and we didn't discover that until we got home. We went back and the lady in the picture was rude and defensive rather than apologetic. Since there really are a few different options in Mexican food around SD I doubt we will ever return. The good news is I don't ever have to come back there...the lady that works there does. :)

I have discovered this place many years ago. I have tried the shrimp tacos and fish tacos. I have to say that this must be the most tastiest shrimp and fish tacos, and adding any of their homemade sauces just adds another level of depth, on flavor. Today in 2020, i bought two fish tacos and two shrimp tacos from this tacqueria. It has been 12 years since my last last visit to this lovely place. Well, let's just say that the flavors that i have enjoyed many years ago, is still here today. And the customer service? Very courteous and patient, not to mention with a smile. I am so glad that they have kept their signature standard of flavors over these years, and this is no easy task. Amidst these uncertain times, you can rely on Cotijas TierraSanta to deliver their product with their seal of quality. Thank you Team Cotijas :) .

Easily the best breakfast burritos ive ever had. I had the hashbrown breakfast burrito and my wife had the steak and bacon breakfast burrito. Everything had rich flavor, from the bacon to the eggs. Nothing was a tasteless filler, and they have good salsa to add. Will visit again. Update: Bad morning hours though. There were 4 other people outside at 0710. Would be nice to be able to grab a breakfast burrito on my way to work.

Do not eat here! We order 3 orders for 3 people. One was correct 2 orders were not even close with all the wrong ingredients in both orders and I don't eat meat also with hot sauce that neither of us can eat. They wouldn't replace it unless we came back right now which neither of us can do with meetings this evening which is why we ran to get fast food. No one else here in Tierrasanta has customer service like this. I told the girl we can bring it tomorrow it will still have the wrong ingredients tomorrow too and it will not magical change into different orders. She would not do anything about it so it was like we handed her money for no reason. I used to own a restaurant and you just do not do this! DO NOT GO HERE SERIOUSLY!!!
