Called to order pizza and Thomas gave me the biggest attitude because I was asking about the specials. After asking about the special he said, "so are you gonna order a pizza or waste my time". I was shocked so I said pardon me" and he said it exactly the same. Worst customer service ever. Oh and get this he is a MANAGER. I would not be coming back to this establishment. Whoever is the store manager need to put him in check. After I put in my order, we went there and he asked for my name, i said it and he said we didn't have an order here for that name. After 10 minutes of asking him to check he found it in the hot box.

Okay so I wasn't going to write this review but I feel the need to ... I ordered From u guys like a week and a half ago I had to call 3x to find out where my order was because it was like 2 hours late ... the girl who answeredwas kind enough to offer me a free pizza my next order.... so when the pizza came my order was cold I had to heat it up I got over it and just figured inwould get my free pizza when I got a pizza craving again. I ordered today the guy had no problem delivering my pizza but again my pizza was cold not cooked all way and the cheese was far from being melted... come on guys that's not cool.

2 orders I never received but was charged for neither drive made a attempt to get out of the car rather called but never got out of their cars physically to deliver pizzas my orders were both cancelled out as I made attempts to contact on both occassions even while on my job I stood outside for over 45 minutes even gave a description of my clothing second attempt I'm at home and the driver still never got out of the car to ring the door bell 2 doors two door bells and 2 house dogs that never barked. Very poor performance and is concerning that I'm being charged and having to wait for my money to be refunded to me for the failure to provide customer service and I'm communicating my concerns so that proper steps can be addressed on both matters. Plenty more reviews for the same thing and no one is addressing this issue as people are reporting the same issues Thank you
