We go here almost every other Saturday after our bike ride with the kiddos, the food is delicious. But after how we were treated today by one of the staff named Hector, I don’t think we will be returning. We came in as a family of 5 together, as my kids all like to order their own food and my husband forgets what they want.. as soon as we walk in, Hector literally yells at us “we only allow 4 people at a time!” which is totally understandable because of COVID-19. So my son who’s 18, waits outside. We give our order to the nice Asian women, and we’re about to pay, but the register was in use by another employee, but we eventually payed. We were waiting for our receipt, when Hector very rudely told me and my little daughters to get out because there were other customers at the door. Like seriously HECTOR! I was just waiting for my receipt, I was there at the moment, I ordered and payed, your job is to attend to me FIRST! Not insult us. How very unprofessional and rude! Please educate this man on how to treat customers! Or put him somewhere in the back. Such a shame!

As of January 2021, you are able to order online and avoid the wait. Authentic dim sum. I would share to say, 'the best in San Diego'. But keep in mind, there's not too many places that offers Dim Sum in San Diego. Nevertheless, solid menu. Also, small menu pastries..and don't forget the BBQ Cha Sui, and Crispy Skin Pork.

They only offer takeout only but I like they offer dim sum. I ordered through Grubhub so I got my food quickly. Not a bad place to grab a quick bite.

Best dim sum in San Diego. Biggest freaking dumplings for the price. And very tasty. I highly recommend.

I’ve been looking for a takeaway dim sum restaurant in San Diego akin to what I’ve found in other cities.
I was hoping Jasmine Express was it.
It wasn’t.
The food was just average and significantly overpriced.
One order of pork shumai was four pieces. One order of pot stickers was three pieces. With a small order of chow mein my total was $14.47.
I won’t be back. My quest continues.

I’m sorry but this is the worst, most flavorless Chinese food I’ve had here in San Diego. Panda Express is slightly above the Chow Mein that we had, but this cost me like $40. They sent us some raw maru Chan noodles (which I had to cook at home), and a side of sad broth that was really flavorless and bad...the whole experience sorta ruined my day 🥲

Seriously underwhelmed. We ordered soup which they may as well dumped directly into the bag the amount that was seeping out, my comforter got covered in soup when I set the bag down before bringing it into the kitchen. The soup itself tasted like water with a little flavor and the General Tso's chicken tasted like orange chicken with some chili flakes. For sixteen dollars for just chicken I was expecting a lot more. Didn't even get a fortune cookie.
