Stack Shack

My husband asked me if I liked Shake Shack better than In N Out...I don’t like it better....it’s just different. There’s a time when you want In N Out and a time when you want Shake Shack. The shakes/malts are hands down better at Shake Shack, as are the fries. The Shake Shack burger is awesome. This is more than double what you would pay at In N Out. We paid $40 for two burgers, fries (no drink) and two small shakes. That’s a lot more than what you would pay at In N Out.

Shake Shack is a hip, counter-serve chain for gourmet takes on fast-food classics like burgers and frozen custard. It’s located on 675 Camino De La Reina in San Diego. According to my opinion, this is the east coast version of In-N-Out Burger. The biggest difference would be the price of their food which is much more expensive. We visited this place on November 28, 2018, during or second San Diego trip. We ordered Shack Stack, Cheese Fries, and White Mocha Shake with Chocolate Sprinkles. The food was good. The overall ambiance of the place was soothing. It was well-organized. The customer service was also satisfactory.
