Einstein Bros. Bagels

The bagels here are great as in keeping with the Einstein brand, but this location consistently has the longest preparation times of any place I can think of. From this location I could order from the next closest Einstein, drive there, get my order, and be back before this location had my order ready. Today I placed an order through the mobile app that took 21 minutes to prepare, long past peak breakfast hours (close to noon), and after I arrived I mysteriously watched I believe 6 separate walk-in customers place their orders and receive them before mine was ready (I had a small order of 2 bagel sandwiches and some iced coffees). Baffling and unfortunately, now my expectation. I'll be going to the next Einstein over from now on.

Quality has gone downhill fast. I’ve been going here for around 2 years but recently their food quality is just bad. It’s really sad to see because I used to love eating at this location but every time it’s something different. My last time here will be my final time unfortunately (not that they care but I do, it’s sad). None of my toasted items were toasted. My avocado toast so raw it was mainly floppy bread with spread. A toasted bagel so cold the butter on it was unmelted. Little was done when I brought it to their attention to add insult to injury.
