Signature appetizer Bruschetta was yummy! Tried couple of pastas, texture of pasta and taste reached my expectations. Loved every dish they sprinkled tons of 🧀 cheese, puffy ❄️. Talk about the main, Marsala 🐔= Maiale Saltimbocca🐷, the way of cooking, savory and presentation were identical😯. Sorry I didn’t pay much attention to the details on the menu. Overall, the food was much delicious and better quality than Joe’s and Mona Lisa in the same neighborhood. They had some interesting cocktails too. Servers were friendly. I had a wonderful nite out with my friend here 🥂

I had a really amazing experience here with the dishes we ordered. It was so good I forgot to even take photos of the rest of our dishes haha. We chose what our server recommended. He was very honest in telling us we don’t need more pasta dishes than just one. We had 4 dishes total that were very good here and the check was very reasonable for two people. I enjoyed the caesar salad with anchovies. You can actually see the anchovies on the caesar salad when you order with them on. I recommended that. I really liked the sourdough that they bought with our meal. Delicious! I couldn’t get enough of the bread. Overall we had really memorable food and experience. I am so happy my bf found this gem. It is a very small and cozy place inside. It was kind of loud with so many people inside but the food made it worthwhile. I would recommend them! Their food and service is solid.

So… my daughter, who’s a Berkeley Senior, picked out this place for Friday night dinner,as we drove up LA to visit her. The neighborhood was loaded with so many great options. And we found a nice nearby street parking and were very impressed by all the surrounding cool vibe restaurants. Trattoria was very nicely done. Cool cozy vibe for sure. Our waiter, was great and highly informative. Really helped us figure out what to order. The food was delicious and more than enough to go around. The Caesar Salad was excellent and enough for three of us. we ordered three different pasta dishes and they were all delicious and well-portioned. The wine selection and drink selection were also great. Highly recommend this iconic jewel!

What a wonderful way to end our day in SF. Watch the vintage cable cars roll by as you enjoy a wine glass of your liking. The caprese salad was amazing in addition to the bread and olive oil/balsalmic mixture. The risotto correnti was creamy and savory. The polpettine (spaghetti and meatballs) was one of the best ive ever had. Their sauce tastes amazing. We ended our meal with a refreshing limoncello shot. Our bartender Esteban provided fantastic service. Highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for authentic italian cuisine!

Fantastic little spot! First off, it really nails that little neighborhood Italian restaurant vibe. It’s well-kept without being overwhelmingly fancy. More importantly, the food (and drinks) are EXCELLENT. The biggest thing being that the things they serve tend to have layered flavors. For instance, I got an old fashioned, and went through like 3 tasty flavor profiles in one sip. A similar thing happened with the pasta I ordered. Also, they are more than willing to accommodate allergy needs and the service is quick and professional. Overall, great place!
