Umami Burger

Really tasty burgers for every taste and diet! They have everything from chicken to beef to plant based, and lots of wonderful appetizers. Their truffle fries were amazing, and they had a great selection of beer and wine as well. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is due to how slow the service seemed and how long it took to get even drinks brought out (we sat right near the bar, and could see our drinks being poured), even though it was lunch time and not very busy. But, overall, great place!

Very good service my girl an i arrived just in time before the dinner rush so out food was made nicely an came to our table fast... The Sam’s crispy sandwich was a good choice.The pickles an coleslaw went well with the special sauce and chicken The Ahi tuna burger was a shock to taste not something i would normally order but i was glad i did i will ordering it again... The wasabi wasn’t overwhelming in portion that was on the burger so i enjoyed it even more since wasabi can sometimes be overpowering the other flavors

Incredibly delicious burgers. This is one of the few places that serves the impossible meat, if no one told me it wasn't meat I would never know the difference, the only way to really tell is to have another burger side by side for comparison. The truffle burger is to die for, if you are a truffle lover, this is burger alone is worth the visit. The place is a bit pricey, I would go back only when im really craving that truffle burger or when I want to take my vegetarian friends to a burger joint.

Tried the impossible burger here and was very impressed. I have also had the truffle burger, and for me, truffling anything is an easy slam dunk. I was, however, disappointed in the brussels sprouts, which were not very truffley despite the truffle glaze, and below average in terms of actual preparation/texture. Service was on point; despite mistakes at almost every stage due to how busy the place was, the staff quickly remedied them. Overall a positive experience, despite the hiccups, and good food.

Always love the food at Umami. It's like a burger unlike any other, with delicious ingredients and incredible buns. Hatch and truffle burgers are my go-to choices, but you can't really go wrong here, I switch up my normal order quite often. The service at the Marina Umami in particular is always stellar. Really great people.

We went during happy hour, $3 truffle fries, $4 draught beer, $5 wine by glass and $6 starters. Fries come with four dipping sauces, all delicious. I had the slider trio and my love had the "smoke on the water burger. All were dripping with juices and they freshly grind their meat from steaks every day! The server was great too (thanks Mario!).

I seriously cannot get enough of this place! I don't know how they do it but these are the BEST burgers bar none. It's not like some of the other great burger places out there that set themselves apart with crazy toppings and garnishes and whatnot. Umami gets burgers right from the start, something about the meat that they use and how they season it, it's phenomenal, they keep the toppings simple but they still consistently blow me away.

Everything is tasty and fresh - even all three table side condiments are house made. I wish burger portions were larger, but because of the quality of ingredients, your mouth is so happy and you can't complain. Service was super friendly - made a successful beer recommendation based on my companion's tastes, and gave a free birthday ice cream sandwich. We were not rushed at all when baby wanted to eat after us.
