Whoever took our to-go orders 10 minutes before closing time on Friday was so kind and generous to us. We really didn't want to be those people who try and sit down at a place minutes before it closes, even though we ordered to-go, and she assured us that we weren't an issue at all. She let us bring our clunky stroller in, sat us down, gave us miso, and played with our toddler while we waited. She even gave us Christmas cards 🥹
The sushi was delicious and we will definitely be returning next time we visit the city!

Recently enjoyed sushi roll at a fantastic local restaurant, where both the food and service were outstanding. The sushi roll was fresh, flavorful. Friendly staff made the dining experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit for sushi roll enthusiasts!

This is my favourite sushi place hands down in SF and I’m SO glad I found it. It’s like a cute little mom and pop sushi restaurant. Very cozy home feel vibe and the food was amazing. The owner was so friendly and welcoming. You have to check it out. Love it

Great team and food here. Very friendly and fun. Quick and fresh. Salmon nigiri was tasty! Gave three levels of rice options with the nigiri.

We just saw the place and went in. We were pleasantly surprised by the ambiance but the food really surprised us. So good! The best sushi ever! The rise was perfect and the flavors so well balanced! The girl who served was really nice too.

Everything we had was so delicious! Their ikura in particular was otherworldly - it brought me right back to the summer I spent in Kanazawa.
Our server was warm and didn't get annoyed as we repeatedly ordered more and more (and more) sushi, and the decor was cozy. Prices were really reasonable, too.
Oh, and they've got a tasty sake menu!
I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in town!

Visited this place based on reviews and it didn’t disappoint at all. Tried the BTS roll which delicious and the sauce was amazing. Would definitely visit again. The staff was accommodating as my friends were vegetarian and would suggest and adjust the Menu accordingly.

What a little gem! We were told about this place through a friend and were very happy to have had the recommendation.
We started off with a cool and delicious, dry sake. We shared Dragon rolls as our appetizer and then each had a chicken udon soup. Turns out it was a cold night so the soup hit the spot.
The chicken was tender and juicy and the broth had a perfect flavor. It'll be a soup I turn to anytime I feel the need for a home cooked meal.
Once they explained the dessert I couldn't resist! Green tea ice cream surrounded by banana 🍌 tempura. Simply heaven 🤩 We'll be back for sure!
