Great food, great service and a nice break from all the hipster spots. This place has been here for years and the food never disappoints. Anything steak here is great and the pescado a lo macho is amazing. Lamb meatballs with foie gras and truffle is amazing. Unpretentious atmosphere and stellar service

Nice dining experience with decent food and good servers, though they were a little slow about getting my cheek. Slightly more upscale Peruvian food than I was used to as a New Yorker and was happy to get food that wasn't focused on the chicken. The ceviche platter offered some Asian inspired ceviche, and the plantain chips (raw, not the sweet ripe kind) made a perfect pairing (as recommended by restaurant and server). Grilled meats were absolutely perfect. Dishes were well plated. Bathroom was clean.

Huge fan of this place. If you're looking for to-die-for Cerviche and awesome tasting Sangria then you're in the right place. I highly recommend getting the Quatro so you get to taste as many of the Cerviches as possible (you get to choose 4 out of 6). Definitely recommend getting the plantain chips as they really don't give you much to scope everything up with (assuming you just dive in using a fork). I honestly don't have a favorite as they're all really good, but some a certainly spicier and more citrus-y than others. Also, best to book in advance as there aren't many tables considering the popularity of the restaurant.

While I've only been to Fresca once, I have to give them a shoutout for excellent service. This place is packed all the time, so you can expect the food to be really really good. But the people here really go above and beyond, our reservations were delayed and they gave us plenty of drinks while we waited and comped an appetizer once we were seated. Definitely coming back!

Don't get me wrong, the food is very good, the service just dampens the whole experience. Slow, unorganized wait staff. The few times I have been there, there has always been a mix up between what charges go on what credit card. On a positive note the Lomo Saltado is flavorful (definite must) and the ceviches are fresh and tasty.

If you want good ceviche, this is a great place to go! They have at least 8 different types of ceviche. You can have a sampler plate and try 4 different kinds. All 4 I tried were great, and honestly I'm not sure you can go wrong with any of the choices. The cooked fish entrees are also good - I had the Mahi Mahi, which had a tropical sweet vanilla sauce, and it was delicious! The whole menu seemed strong, but the reason to go here is for the ceviche so if you need to get your Peruvian fix, Fresca won't disappoint.
