Best Veggie fish I've ever had! Super tasty "veggie quinoa chaufa " wonderful , homemade comforting dishes! Lost to choose from, and very fresh flavors. I'm so glad my friend brought us here. Five stars on every aspect!

Great happy hour with one of the best pisco sour's I've had since coming back from Peru. Ceviche and empanadas were delicious of the happy hour menu and the pollo a la brasa and lomo saltado were great. The fries should have been crispy but weren't which was the reason for four stars not 5. I will be back and make sure to request extra crispy fries if you get them! What a great find!

Wow! I do believe this was my first experience of an authentic Peruvian restaurant and this was a good one to start with. The food was spectacular. We were with another couple and got some starters to share. Ceviche. Awesome! Beef heart! I had a taste. The crispy chicken was amazing. I got beef short ribs. So good. Service was good. We got a window table which was nice but we were there on a Sunday evening, so it wasn't busy.

I am Peruvian so I know what Peruvian cuisine is and this place hit it! Awesome food. When we first were sat though we waited more than 10 minutes to be acknowledged and finally waved a waiter down but after that all went smoothly.

The food and service are normally good. Today the wait was a little too long. We had a dish called Lomo saltado. The dish itself is $26 Plus we had some Ceviche and two Cokes. Which came out to a grand total of $93 + tip.

The fried fish around a pile of seafood and shellfish, along with the paella is fantastic!

I love Fresca. One of the best Peruvian Restaurants in San Francisco. The service is always excellent. I love Noe Valley location.. if you go there ask for Marcia, the best person there, always with a nice smile on her face.
