While the atmosphere we've all come to love about HRC is there it's the service and food that really stood out for us. From the minute we walked in the tallest young lady I'm seen working the front before knew we needed a booth and was so pleasant, to our waitress who checked on us time and time again, to the guy that delivered the food with a fun attitude, to the guy that actually cleared our table who was hilarious and fun, to the manager that stopped made sure we had a great experience, and even ran our check for us - a big five stars .

Wanted a soda water. Waiter 1 (dreadlocks) said: We don’t have a machine for this anymore, you need to take a San Pellegrino bottle. As the drinks took very long, I asked another waiter if I could get my soda water. He brought me a soda water from the machine (as I wanted it). When waiter 1 came back, I said: So you do have soda water? He said: Oh, well that’s garbage, it’s not good. I’ll bring you a bottle. I tried it, and it was perfect. Small cider is 9 Dollar. Food is OK but there are so many better options in San Francisco. I really don’t get who goes here, probably only tourists

Of the numerous times we’ve been to the city, I’ve never picked up a T-shirt from here. HRC t’s are my must-have travel souvenir. I’ve been to a few : Barcelona Buenos Aires Cayman Islands Honolulu Key West Kona Lima London Los Angeles Maui Miami New Orleans New York Paris Philadelphia Phoenix Rome San Francisco Seattle Tokyo Washington D.C. ATMOSPHERE: Located in bustling and tourist-infested Pier 39, they couldn’t have picked a more lucrative spot (relocated once). The exterior features a big steel structure outline of a guitar which you walk through to enter the restaurant. Inside, it’s a no-frills, open space with the usual memorabilia adorning the walls. The good-sized Rock Shop has a separate entrance but seamlessly blends into the restaurant. THE PURCHASE: I loathe the white tee with the original design. I want a unique-looking motif, which I found for $35! I’ve never seen it at any other location. It’s a tasteful blue & white tie dye color with the original logo in a different typeface. Perfect! SERVICE: Really good. One associate asked if I needed assistance as I was perusing the merch and the cashier was very friendly and engaging. TIP: Fear not as the loud overhead music is part of their bygone era. OVERALL: Long live HRC!

Rocked up to Hard Rock Cafe with expectations as high as a soaring guitar solo, and boy, did they hit the high note! From the décor, a masterclass in rock n' roll history, to the burger that had me headbanging in flavor ecstasy, it was a chart-topper of an experience. Even the staff seemed like they could've been on tour with the Stones. Came for the grub, stayed for the ambiance, left with a rockin' good memory. Encore, please!

This place has a very cool vibe, burgers and fries are amazing. The staff's friendliness and engagement is excellent. I have been here 3 times in the past 2 months, and loved each time. The only thing I was not very impressed with was when I tried Messi burger(no offense to Messi, he's goat), but the burger was not so good. My recommendation would be BBQ bacon cheeseburger, fries, onion rings and few Long Island Ice Teas 😜
