Bar Crenn

One of the best dining experiences I've had! We did the tasting menu and opted for non alcoholic pairings, though I did order a cocktail separately. You could really tell a lot of thought, care, and extensive testing went into every course or drink to give the perfect experience. The service was impeccable, while also being friendly and sociable. They were happy to discuss and answer any questions any participant had. I've had similar social dining experiences before, and this is definitely one of my favorites. I strongly recommend trying it at least once and will gladly come again myself.

What Dominique Crenn has created with this bar is absolutely phenomenal. No wonder she is the only female chef in America to hold 3 Michelin stars. The curation of flavors is unmatched along with the presentation and education is truly next level. The level of artistry along with class is truly top notch. If you ever get the opportunity to score a reservation here take it because it’s something you do not want to miss out on!

A truly memorable dining experience! I came to Bar Crenn with my husband for Valentine’s Day, and we did a tasting menu + wine pairing. The whole experience was fantastic, from the food to the wine to the service (including a special appearance from Dominique herself!). I highly recommend this experience to anyone who is interested!

Bar Crenn is a gem tucked away in an otherwise plain-looking building. I went in a group of 5 and we were seated at comfortable little nook at the back with a plush sofa and armchairs. First off: shoutout to the staff. Our server was such a dear and the manager Arrika was the best: she helped accommodate an extra guest and pregnancy food restrictions. We ordered a couple of every plate and they were delightful—inventive, tasty, and great accompaniments to our drinks. Even though it’s more a bar with small bites than a restaurant, I wasn’t feeling like having alcohol and the staff accommodated me with a wonderful non-alcoholic ginger cherry drink that still made me feel like I got to enjoy the experience. Overall an excellent time—hopefully I can get a reservation at Atelier Crenn next time I’m in town to try that next!

Just insanely good and unmatched: the setting is surreal and soothing, the service is better than any 3* restaurants I’ve been too and my god the food... everything was so perfectly made and thoughtfully presented. Don’t miss the steak tartar and the dough filled with fish - just out of this world. Also, leave room for their stellar wine selections and the dessert — the hazelnut cream pastry was a true highlight Also, chef Dominique Crenn was so approachable and made sure throughout The evening we’re enjoying ourselves and even shared some personal stories Truly an experience to remember - can’t wait to go back!
