SUCH a good find!! Loved my sandwhich and loved the people even more ❤️ This is family owned and operated. The service was quick, but with high quality. Not to mention the amount of food you get is a great deal. My partner and I were able to split a large, meaning it came out to about $7/person... amazing! I will be returning! :)

The sandwich is super large so they give a pretty big portion. I ordered steak and cheese and it was decent. They don't take care so it threw a curveball to us. There is also no bathroom.

Old school family owned small business sandwich shop which has managed to retain the Old San Francisco charm . Owners run the shop and are really friendly and chit chat with you when not busy preparing. Sandwiches are freshly prepared and the ingredients are really delicious. Highly recommended !!

An old school family run sandwich place with excellent sandwiches. It's one of my most favorite sandwich spots and the pastrami is absolutely incredible!!! I genuinely think about more than a person should be thinking about a sandwich lol. The "fries" are excellent as well, they're like a thick sliced fresh fried potato chip.

The Yellow Submarine easily has the best sandwiches in the whole Sunset district. The secret is they toast their sandwiches (Boston, or Quiznos-style). They also add a really nice, fairly mild hot sauce, which just pulls the whole sandwich together.
I always get a medium Italian Combo, which is plenty large for one hungry person. I’ve never even thought about getting a large.

Delicious sandwiches! The chicken and the Reuben are amazing and their homemade hot sauce is perfect. Cash only and family run, it’s been a go-to comfort food spot for me.

Awesome Italian sandwich - HUGE portion that was enough for a full sandwich for two people (it was bigger than my forearm). Great bread, and they added hot sauce to the sandwich in the shop since they didn’t have small containers which I appreciated. Reminded me of the east coast Italian sandwiches I used to get, and for a decent price ($15 for the large)
Cash only, street parking, I called in my order and it was ready in 10 minutes. Will be back!

Really delicious sandwiches. Tried their chicken Sandwich and fries, they were simply awesome. Great friendly service. Family operated business from last 44+ years. Place does get busy. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend this place.
