If you want an authentic Chinatown experience, this is the place. The food is great and the the booths with the curtains are such old school fun. A short walk from the Chinatown gates. My NY family loved it. I will go again!

Old style Chinatown restaurant with great food and a retro atmosphere. They are short on staff so service is a bit slow. Pack your patience.

Great food and service. But inflation and Covid has slowed China Town, affecting all business.

After 20 years I returned with adult sons to enjoy a great chicken salad and war wonton soup. Not much changed but the food was better than expected.

Outstanding authentic Chinese food. Excellent service. Total of 5 shared plates including: chicken fun mein, crispy sweet shrimp, egg plant pork hot pot, BBQ pork with vegetables, and scallops.

It's been 15 years since I had dinner at Far East. The food is still delicious. The red wine paired well with our dishes. We went for dinner at 6pm. We only waited 10 minutes for a table. Make sure to take a ride share or walk parking can be a challenge.

Delicious! I went back the night after eating her to eat again but they were closed. The food was perfect
Orange chicken, Mongolian beef, moved beef fried rice, shrimp walnut , egg drop soup, and sweet and sour soup

Attended a banquet hosted by the family clan association. OMG..... Both food and service exceed my expectations. Food is really good.... Good old flavor with excellent wok-hei. Portions are very generous.
Definitely will go back next time I visit Chinatown.
