I love The Lab. Have been going here for years. Easily accessible by BART. Great sound. Continually stimulating programing. And congratulations for them scoring a 12 year lease.

More of an art space, but I've only gone there for music, which is expertly curated and presented. Coming from the south bay is a trek, but it is supergreat to have the 16th Street BART station just a bock away.
