Fast and delicious, but I consider some dishes to be overpriced for what you get, also not a huge amount of menu variation. Decent sitting area but nothing overwhelmingly special.

The only thing I've come here for so far is their mac and cheese. It's so good and totally worth the $10. It even comes with a side salad...balancing those carbs with some greens :)

Harrow is an amazing and magical place with some of the greatest food in SF! Secret tip: go up to the counter and order the Adam Mac n' Cheese fully loaded. It comes with jalapenos and bacon, and it is one of the finer delicacies of Harrow.

I come to Harrow for lunch every chance I get. The lunch is so yummy. I suggest the roast chicken, the mac and cheese, the caeser salad, the farmer's market sandwich, the salmon, and did I mention their BLT?! Everything I've tried has been delicious. I don't like leaving my office most days, cause I'm not a fan of the nail biting wind in the FD, but Harrow is worth it. Jessica the cashier is seriously the nicest too! I call my order in before walking over, and it's always ready right on time!
