After a more than two year hiatus, the Auntie Anne’s Pretzel located in the Westfield mall is finally back. There really is no comparison between them and their competitors. Auntie Annie’s pretzels are absolutely superior! This location is also hiring. Definitely worth a visit if you’re ever in or near a mall.

Literally the worst customer service ever and the manager “Sam” is completely useless-I just asked why I was gonna be charged for honey mustard when they had run out of mustard and the little girl proceeddd to flip out on me in front of the manager who did nothing to calm her useless -don’t not go there obviously they have no clue about customer service I’m outraged! No wonder there’s going outta business!

I LOVE the Almond pretzel and my son likes the mini dogs. The staff here is really friendly and I usually have to wait like 10 minutes but it is worth it to get a fresh out of the oven pretzel. We usually get the buy 3 get one free, stamp card ready! The drinks are pretty good too so I'm a happy camper.

Normally have a great experience at Auntie Anne's locations, but this one was a major disappointment. Not only were they out of the advertised pepperoni pretzel nuggets but they were out of the cheese dipping sauce. The only excuse to running out of one of your major dipping sauces is poor management. It's not like they have to make the cheese sauce. It doesn't even take that much room to store hundreds of the little containers.

I love Auntie Anne's Pretzels! I find it hard to find outlets here in the Bay Area so I always make a stop at this outlet at Westfield mall if I am in the area. I usually get my favorite Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel and it comes fresh hot out of the oven. YUM!

I LOVE THEIR PRETZELS! It's so good. Must try the Almond pretzels or the cinnamon sugar one. It is so delicious. Plus i have a stamp card. Every 10 purchases you do the 11th one is free. SO WORTH THE BUY
