Smashburger

The burgers and fries are pretty tasty! The place is pretty clean and the vibes when I went, was great. The bathrooms where nice and clean. Now the service has a really really great high and a really great Low. They missed up the order, but went above and beyond to correct it just to still get it halfway wrong by overly archiving to correct the mistake … turned a honest mistake into a great customer service experience although!!! And that’s honestly why I gave them a 4/5 if they wasn’t for the great staff, trying hard to correct everything it would have been a lower score. I appreciate tha customer service tonight. Thank you to that staff!!!

First visit to Smashburger. Good selection and food was fresh and tasty. Sweet potato fries were excellent. Minus one star for the cost of two 'Fast food' meals (see pic). Not sure how West Coast residents survive on such high costs of gas, food, etc. Nice place to visit, but give me the Midwest for moderate prices.

Dined in, the cashier made our night with spectacular service! It was our first time there and she was EXTREMELY helpful and patient with all the questions and additions. I wish I could remember her name. She (hoping these are her pronouns) had the most beautiful hair braided and laying down her edges. There was a little hiccup (her order came out 10-15 mins after ours) in our delivery of food but, the owner/manager came by personally and delivered my nieces food. Mentioned that the tenders hot sauce was really hot and that if she needed to reorder regular tenders, to just mention it. The service all around this restaurant was top notch and I am so happy we came here. Thank you everyone who work Sunday evening. The milkshakes were AMAZING!

I really enjoy the quality of the food here, especially the haystack onions and the truffle mushroom swiss burger. That said, both of the last times I have visited, I have had to wait 15+ minutes and my orders were incorrect. The first time they said they had given my burger away by accident, so I had to wait twice as long for them to remake it. Last time I went, I ordered American cheese on both my breakfast sandwiches, and received one with American, and one with no cheese at all. It's a shame that careless staff have ruined such a good place to eat.

Something went wrong with my order if I prefer McDonald's over this. Ordered on Doordash and it came in a timely manner (~30mins) but somehow all the burgers were cold. Maybe burgers just get cold fast. When I opened the wrappers, the burgers looked flat and unappetizing. Do they assemble the burgers and then smash them? I ordered the Spicy Baja with Guac Burger. There were crispy salty bits that taste like bacon stuck all around the bottom bun. Are they supposed to be the grilled onions or the grill scraps? All three burgers in my order were so salty. The patty is not an authentic smash burger. Smash burgers are thin and crispy. These patties taste are ordinary patties from any fast food restaurant. There's nothing special so I'd rather go somewhere else.
