I ordered a Baja steak and jack sub… 1 first off they didn’t even add the jack…. The cheese was missing 2 bread was NOT toasted like asked 3 they mislabeled my steak sandwich as chicken …… 4 barely any steak inside while they drowned it all in sauce …. Just tasted horrible.

Found a hair in my food . Was on my lunch break and didn’t have time to go back and complain . I had to throw the food away and had to go the whole rest of my shift without eating. I can’t believe that they didn’t see hair was in the sandwich .

I usually don't go to subway, but when I went - they recommended me different subway and the person who made my sandwich was very nice. I loved the buffalo chicken sandwich YUM.

The so call manager from this location is very rude and don’t have any customer service skills. I have been there twice and she still have no manners always speak to employees in their language ( which is not English) making me as a customer very uncomfortable because I don’t know if she is actually talking about Me. After all this I don’t recommend this place she even gave me a dirty sheet in which she wrap my sandwich.

Second time i tried going to this subway. First time they told me they have nothing vegan (really odd considering half of the stuff is vegetables…) and now they were closed although it says here they open at 9. The lady indoors paid no attention to me while I was trying to figure out if they are going to open eventually? Definitely the last time I try to take my money here…

Very nice staff helped me how to order again.
Meatball Sandwich is still very good for what it is.

- Not clean. You will need to clear your table.
- Not friendly. What do you expect for minimum wage.
- Not easy to help Zero Waste by 2020.
I'll be back. It's only $6 for lunch in downtown.

I usually love subway. Its quick food, but not terrible for you like fast food. This subway was not good. The service was terrible. I ordered a meal, and the drink machine was not working and nobody came to fix it. Not impressed.
