1st, did not honor tickets reserved in advance. After waiting 1 1/2 hours in line they charged us $60 per person because "bipod tables" had priority entrance but they held people outside on purpose. Terrible business practice. And, the place is really small inside including upstairs. Not worth your time or money. Avoid!!

So my friends and I Spent A Little over 1,000$ Is It Just Me or the security girl and guys just trying to intentionally physically fight everyone? They took our money tried to bully me they will harass you and basically kick you out there not welcoming at all if any of the ownership sees this I am a business owner i highly recommend to rearrange the security and staff it’s a truly sad establishment

Took my executive team from Los Angeles so we all could let our hair down for an evening. We spent $500 on an entry fee in total even though we had free before 10 tickets. The women in charge was extremely rude as if she didn’t care we’d all been tricked. Never made it up to the actual event for 2 hours due to capacity issues yet they continued to let more and more people in. Imagine being packed in a room like sardines? It wasn’t enjoyable. I realized this was a horrible decision and left. Contacting management the only response is well you should have purchased vip. I have no intentions on patronizing this establishment and I feel pitty for those who continue to go there. They don’t care about their customers AT ALL.

Will let all the women in your party in first for free, and then charge guys for cover (this is illegal in the state of CA). Consistently served with Liquor License Violations. Small/Packed dance floor, makes it difficult to move around the place. Drinks are good and priced well though. Come early and then hop elsewhere.

So much fun! My co-workers and I greatly enjoyed every moment when we were there in your playroom. The place was large, clean, and safe. Besides, the staff that entertained me was very nice and informative. We felt safe and completely happy with this playroom, so we decided to go back here when we were not busy. All of our time was worth it. Thank you very much!

The bartender guy on the Second Floor is the most racist bartender that I have ever faced in the City last Saturday night . He didn’t pay attention if I wanted to order a drink. He was not even busy and didn’t wanted to look at me even though I was rasing my hand. At the time he took my order he told the security guy to kick me out of the club for no reason. I will never be back here again. I loved the music, but that kind of service it’s horrible. I’m glad I found another bar down the street where people are nice and no jerks like him.
