I like my hoagies nice and greasy
They slap those things together easy peasy
Go here too often you'll get a heart attack
But tasty for sure and that's a fact
They have daily specials so keep an eye out
Make sure you don't come here if you have gout
Lunch will put you back about $10
But that's including drink and fries friend
Solid hoagie place. Their Philly cheese is good (have the option of using cheese whiz), pepper cheesesteak was good too. AND look what I found, they have some pretty new items, very unorthodox Philly cheesesteak menu. Gonna come back and try some!

Whenever I need a cheesesteak fix, this place usually does it for me. The sandwiches are big, and the fries are plentiful (albeit sprinkled with too much salt for my taste). Be sure to check out their Daily Specials to save some money.

YESTERDAY Met the owner Theodore, me being from NC, he showed me hospitality. My SUPER delicious grilled fresh cheese steak was servered quicker than I thought. Less than 3mins my order was ready & it was affordable meal! I Highly recommend!

For a little bite of Philly on the West Coast, Theo's is a great stop. Get it to go to bring back to the office, or eat outside on the patio or along the Embarcadero, or eat in the small cafe-like dining area. The subs are huge and they have a great variety of them. Go classic though and enjoy their amoroso rolls with steak and cheese and a side of fries.

Amazing Cheesesteaks in the Financial Cheesesteaks the way you want it or in as many crazy combinations as possible! I recommend the Wicked! That's Spider Steak Sauce is wiicKed!!!

The service is prompt and food is pretty good. They change their specials too so you won't get bored. It's my go-to cheesesteak place in FiDi.
