One last Americano coffee at Tart to Tart. Tomorrow will be the last day of business. Back in the early 2000's, we used gather here to study and chat with friends over a cup of coffee. Fast forward to now and the staff has changed. The Vietnamese counter person with the mustache no longer works here. The variety of flavored coffee is no longer available from their self-serve thermos. The clientele has also shifted from young college kids to an older demographic. They don't close late anymore but at 8pm. No more late night study sessions. I will miss Tart to Tart.

So close to being an awesome cafe.
There is a really great selection of tarts and drinks. And the later-than-most closing time is very appreciated, considering other places in the area that one can go to to chill after working hours or school are quite rare (this aspect of the sunset baffles me, actually)
They really need to work on the atmosphere. Like, just play some music at at a low voume at least? Part of me wonders if the lack of any music is a way to deter people from staying due to covid concerns? :P

Tart To Tart is a good coffee shop in the inner sunset. I get the baked goods once in a while, and I'm particular to the muffins. Mostly I come here to sit and chill with a cup of coffee and maybe people watch for a few minutes.

Good place to get pastries. The pecan pie we tried had a really good crust and the pecan wasn't too sweet. Unsure about coffee though

Freshly made pastry and OK tea/coffee. I tried the chai latte and oat raisin cookie both were acceptable but the cookie tasted better than most other places.

Love this local place. Normally the milkshakes are hit or miss (still good but depending on who makes them) and the macaroons are really good. Tonight was the opposite. I'll be back but we'll see if this is a trend.

YUM. I had a Neapolitan milkshake, made from real ice cream. It was delicious. My friend and I also had a strawberry cream pasty which was delicious. There’s a Mexican food place in here as well, had a great burrito. I definitely ate too much; 10/10, no regrets.

Came here a bit back to get some pastries for my son, a friend and myself. I have never had anything so delicious! Flaky, sweet without being too sweet. Great price too!
