Given the high reviews, I was expecting a lot more of this place. I got the SF dog -- it just tasted like something I would make myself drunk at 3am. The additives (peppers, cheese) really did nothing to enhance the hotdog itself.

First time going to Dapper dogs, an must say I'm going back! Great service an even greater food. Had a New York style taste was amazing. Definitely adding to my list of hog joints! Not alot of tables to sit down an eat but the experience overall was stupendous! I love hot dogs!

I have yet to find a better hot dog place. I feel Prices are a little high since I never leave here without spending around $20, but I never regret it. The Seattle dog changed my life and the Philly dog on the same teir. I make the trek over from the financial district once a week on my lunch break and always look forward to my next visit.

If you're a pizza lover, you're obligated to try the pizza hot dog. Their other hot dogs are delicious as well. Fries are crisp. Countertop eating space inside and a few tables outside. A great quick stop before going into the Castro Theatre.

Fast, friendly service. Great option for a quick bite in the Castro. Not a sit down place. Just a eat and go type of environment. Definitely recommend!

Wow! What a great little find! We had to stop in after we went to Hot cookie and had the most delicious chili cheese fries (depicted) and hot dogs. It totally hit the spot.

Best hot dog I've had in a while and definitely the best in SF. All the ingredients are so fresh and delicious. The rolls are more like deli rolls too, perfect for holding all the toppings. I had the San Francisco dog with pepper and onions and melted mozzarella cheese. Try it, you won't regret it. Coming back soon!

Gourmet hot dogs, the best I've had. The Cubano with ham, cheese, and spicy hot mustard is a good example and my personal favorite. Seating is limited to four outdoor tables, but it's not difficult to find other places to sit. I very much appreciate Dapper Dog.
