CLOSED. Excellent lunch spot for high quality meal sized salads with roasted vegetable options, homemade soups, sandwiches, juices + smoothies. Come in the morning for some hearty oatmeal or a glue ten free blueberry muffin. Friendly staff and owner, she sets a high bar for the quality and you can taste it in the food.

I want to love this place, I really do... It is very close to my office and the menu looks fantastic. But their portions are inconsistent and the salads are overpriced. You can go around the corner to Mixt Greens for a more consistent salad with larger portion sizes. I ordered a salad and it said it came with tomatoes. There was ONE cherry tomato in my salad. The woman at the register was not the friendliest either... Pass.

Harvest & Rowe has some awesome salads that are great for a quick lunch in FiDi/SOMA. I find that the line here is much shorter than Mixt Greens (right around the block), so you'll be in and our much quicker.

I found a bug in my salad.... I have eaten there multiple times and didn't have issue but today I uncovered something crawling across the egg in my salad and i found a twig in it. Now that i think of it the service was bad as well this time. Never mind cuz I'm not going back
