Starbucks

The staff at this particular Starbucks not the friendliest. Customer service is not their strength. The location is nice and the place looks clean and nicely decorated. There is plenty of space indoors and outdoors. If you chose the seat indoors the chairs available to you are in decent shape and kept clean. Outdoor seating is nice and pets are allowed in this area. An advantage to this Starbucks is its proximity to Golden Gate Park.

#starbucks. Hey Starbucks normally I do not write anything about your establishment. But this time I have to because I felt my daughter and her cousins were not given good customer service at Starbucks 9th & Irving in San Francisco, CA. My daughter placed 10 orders on the Starbucks apps at 9th & Irving and it crashed on Wed. Feb. 9th. She and her cousins decided to go to the establishment since they were near by. When they arrived at the establishment she placed the 10 orders verbally. As she was placing the orders she heard one of the staff snickering, "After this order we are closing shop." Once she placed the orders, she and her cousins waited outside instead of inside since there were 10 of them ranging from 14-20 years of age. Once the drinks were completed they came back in to pick it up. However, she felt they were being rushed out of the establishment. As they were exiting, one of the staff slammed the door behind them immediately without saying, "Thank you and good night. Thus they didn't event get the chance to let the staff know that 2 of their drinks tasted like lemonade. They tried to tell someone inside the store but they were ignored. The drink that was incorrect was supposed to be a Venti Strawberry Acai Light Ice Apple Juice no water. #Starbucks, I'm feeling that they were aged discriminated since their age ranged were14-20. and the 3 of adults looked younger than their age. What's up with that. They are customers too and should be treated with respect from Dario Sanchez

I went in this morning to get my items and saw a guy make my drink twice with the wrong milk choice. I originally had my drink to be ordered with almond milk; however, he made it with milk. I asked him to remake it, and then he made it with only water. I would have reassessed it, but it was busy and I had to get to work at 8:00am. Please teach the staff to not cut corners!
