The bouncers questioned the legitimacy of my ID then bent it before giving it back to me. Now I will have to go to the DMV, pay the fee, and get a new ID. I try not to be a Karen but I did go to the manager to ask her why this was acceptable. She really had no solution then offered to venmo me 50 dollars. I don't want to take money away from the manager because it isn't her fault but I suggested she give the table a bottle of wine after some haggling. I appreciate this but I still am very upset from the experience and, frankly, the lack of sympathy or care. We were also promptly kicked out no more than 30 minutes after arriving due to rain leaving some of us to not finish our drinks. Why sit us if you aren't going to give us ample time to finish our drinks? Very disappointed.
