Terrible food. My coworker and I both got food poisoning and missed work the following day. The owner is a vicious wacko. She has signs posted all over the shop instructing customers not to ask her any personal questions. I have only one...how dare you serve food thst has clearly turned bad?? I will complain to the health department Clearly you need alot.t of help and food safety training. Do not eat here unless you want to lose 5 pounds throwing up.

Best sandwich on taraval, this guy knows what he's doing. I've watched him slamming through sandwiches 3 at a time I was about to call him Gene the machine but dared not to. He's got his own secret sauce it's amazing!! He gets pretty busy around lunch time so be sure to get your order in ahead of the crowd. And don't stand in his doorway !! you'll have to go here to find out why!!

Sorry to do this as I have been a long time customer since I went to Sacred Heart in '95. But, I saw all the signs asking customers to wait in the back or outside. I placed my order but was still looking at the menu when the lady flicked one of the signs and said, "Did you read?" I understand you deal with Highschool kids. I understand you may have had a bad day and that happens but it turned me off to your establishment.

The bread from the sandwich is hella good.
They go way too heavy on the Mayo, mustard, and Italian dressing. Every single time. Even when I say to go light. Meat portion is minimal...

From the outside, this place looks like your typical corner store, but the locals know it's where some of the best sandwiches in the city are made. The bread that Gene uses is one of the softest and flakiest that you'll ever have. My go to is turkey with avocado added (extra charge). Support your local shops and give this place a try!

Huge deli sub guy and I’ve been looking for something that just tastes homemade yet with a great taste I have to tell you this place was the best compared to all the other hundreds outside. I highly recommend it. great job you guys. I went by other reviews and the reviews totally match the taste. Let me tell you the size of these things are literally worth your money you’re like getting a $30 sandwich for just $10 so happy about this place
