Best Starbucks staff! I get my morning coffee from this place and than few more during the day to keep my day moving..Lot of regulars who get there coffee at this Starbucks, both in the morning and then in the afternoon. They have recently added option for quick meal but I go to this place for coffee only.

Yuck! This lady with glasses thinks she's being nice laughing anyhow saliva flying allover people breakfast! Did she miss some training - At least cover your mouth. I don't want to hear your snotting laugh either - 🏃‍♀️I'm outta here! Also, know your skin color before stepping in here! She once denied me hot water even after willing to pay for it.(she can't give hot water to black homeless)Racist! (I will be wearing suits coming to your Starbuck so I don't look like homeless or so). homeless are people too! further more, I was paying for it regardless . You can keep your everything. It's sad that Starbucks are having people like you as a team leader or whatever you think you are! Regardless, Some locations are great - From Staff, customer service, to anything you need. (Clay and Montgomery, Montgomery and Market, etc are great example) To y'all with bad experience on this location, other near places are great and few blocks away next time! free cold & hot water from a Starbucks! (I knew it's free even when I was begging to pay for it!)

As a Partner, I can safely say the customer service at this location is terrible. The employees all act unconcerned while fully knowing they serve a high number of busy professionals. I ordered my drink and pastry, and none of the employees thought to inform me they ran out of the pastry I ordered(which I never should have been able to order in the first place). I stood there for 5 minutes, next to the handoff guy, who KNEW what I was waiting for as I had already told him. It wasn’t until I told him I have to get back to work that he finally moved to go check on my now 15 minutes late pastry. The managers excuse was that the store manager called out today. My store manager has been absent for over a month-but you best believe our customer service is still solid. Another time, my coworker tried to flag an employees attention and they pointed to their headphones(which they’re not supposed to have on) as if to say they couldn’t hear, then tried to walk away-just to avoid helping her. I shouldn’t have to say that I am busy and need to get back to work. This store is located directly under a massive work building, and surrounded by numerous others. It’s 8:00AM, and every single order is placed by someone who’s on their way to work or a meeting. The Starbucks team here is very busy because their location serves hundreds of professionals and sometimes tourists, so it’s surprising to me that their store manager cannot do a better job with training them on how to provide better customer service.
