They charge you for parking here. I dont mind a business making money for services. Just be aware. You will park, carry your bags in, pay for parking, carry your bags either up to your room or back out to the car to place the "parking pass" in the vehicle window. It takes an extra 10 minutes to check in. Their ability to earn an extra $13.00 is more important than your time. There are better options

I had called ahead and Arjun who answered the phone was very friendly. I absolutely loved this hotel. At first, I didn’t want to stay here because it was near the airport and I thought I was going to continuously hear airplanes passing by, but no. Very quiet! The employees here were very friendly and helpful with any needs we had. The room was super clean and very nice. Since covid, you can request housekeeping. I didn’t request it until my third day staying there. I asked that they only take the trash out and that’s it. The person who did the housekeeping took my trash out, brought new towels, vacuumed, and even made the beds in our room. I really loved that they did that. Overall, my stay here was amazing! I definitely recommend and whenever I visit the Bay Area, I will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great and there was no problem! We’ve been staying at multiple different hotels recently, and this is the cleanest and best yet. The front desk was very kind, the hotel was clean, and there were many amenities/towels in the room to use. The room was made very beautifully, and even the tissues and towels were shaped to be visually pleasing. Grab and go breakfast included granola bar, pastry, and apple. There was coffee and tea available as well. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you want a clean, comfortable experience (especially amidst the covid pandemic.)
