Friendly Staff, delicous cocktails, comfortable atmosphere and the newly remodeled bar is beautiful. It's a historical San Francisco Hot Spot !!! 5 Stars in my book !

A really cool little bar, we almost walked right past it though. Great cocktails and super friendly staff. If you like your Bloody Mary's spicy, you'll love this place!

I liked the decor. Perfect lighting. This place was amazing to hang out with friends. Environment was great. Wide selection of drinks. Bar game was good.

They just had a makeover and holy mackerel is looks good. The ladies here are very nice and always make me feel welcome back.

What a bar should be and in a great location. Bartenders are no-nonsense in a good way. Bouncer keeps the riffraff out. Not very fidi, which I like. Folks go there to drink and keep up with friends. Or at least that's what I do.

We called in for a quick drink around 16:30 and already the bar was lively and had a great vibe.
We fortunately managed to get two seats at the bar and got drinks ordered without any problems. The vibrancy continued as it's obviously a popular place for both tourists and after workers alike which made for a great atmosphere.
We ended up ordering more and more drinks until we left around 20:00, which shows just how much we enjoyed our time (we were originally trying the bar for one drink) !!.
Bar staff were great and did an excellent job of keeping everything flowing in such a busy environment.

Had the best old fashioned at this tavern, drinks were well made but a little pricey but you have to pay for class.

The remodel looks great. No doubt it will attract more financial district clientele. Gotta upgrade my opinion from good dive bar to good friendly bar.
