My first time here, I tried the mushroom pizza. I think it is a nice sized pizza for the price and for the neighorhood. I was a bit disappointed that there were so many caramelized onions under the cheese layer that it formed a wet layer which allowed the cheese and toppings to slide off completely, leaving me with a slice of bread, basically. I will add that the onions were not actually caramelized, just cooked through - the difference being that caramelized onions are brownish in color which takes a lot longer to make and leads to a different flavor. The leftovers on the next day were also soggy on the bottom because of the moisture from the onion layer. Though I don't think this was a quality food experience, I'm definitely willing to come by and try more pizzas and I appreciate this restaurant being so close by.

Ardiana is a very cozy neighborhood restaurant. Low key and the food was outstanding. At least what we tried. We got the lentil soup and lasagna. The lentil soup rendition here is unlike anywhere else I have ever been. While initially it felt different, which I then realized was due to turmeric, the soup grew on me with every mouthful and was fantastic. We also go a lasagna to share - typically vegetarian lasagnas are lack lustre but this was by far the best lasagna I have ever had. The sauce accompanying it was delicious too. Will definitely visit again.

Extremely friendly service here, for sure! Definitely a restaurant out of our typical eats in the city. The steak was good, but the potatoes were a little too mushy, and the salad that accompanied the steak has too much arugula and was too strong of a pair to the steak that it ruined the dish for us. The lasagna was good and the crispy cheese on top was worth saving a piece for every bite. I feel that this like many other restaurants in the city is faced with a staffing challenge, so much so that I would have preferred to address our concerns with the dishes in person rather than here.

I can’t get this place off my mind. The pizza is otherworldly amazing. A perfect crust paired with the perfect combination of toppings. There’s always something on the menu you’ve never had before and that favorite linguine you loved last week will be replaced with an equally delicious lasagna or other interesting spin on staple entrees. The salads are fresh, green and packed with flavor. There’s fish and pork. There’s something for everyone on the menu. When you think you’re finished, if they’ve got a sliver left, opt for the tiramisu.
