Ordered their cold noodle (凉皮）to go during shelter in place.
Package make it looks small, but actually the portion is large.
Noodle quality is perfect, handpull noodle very good texture.
Will definitely come back.

Savory, spicy, and numbing. Ask for extra numbing sichuan peppercorns for that ma la feeling as enjoy the dish.
Extra noodles hits the spot everytime.
Be prepared to wait at least 25 minutes. It will be worth the wait.

Big plate chicken.(B21)...hot to the lips so yummy to the tummy. Call them to cook it before you show up ..takes about 25 min to prepare..come with wide long noodles. Under the sauce .on the bottom of the plate..so stir it around so the juices can soak in to the noodles

Great place and nice people. Our goto Northern Chinese spot for cold noodles, spicy beef noodles.

Not my favorite. A few of the dishes (during lunch) aren’t authentic as far as I can tell. The cold rice noodles aren’t the right kind/texture. The fried noodle was alright taste wise but a bit greasy. No idea if this is accurate or not but I suspect that most of their foods (sesame bread, dumplings) aren’t fresh (frozen, maybe purchased from elsewhere).
Small spot, subpar service.

Hyper-authentic Shandong cuisine with every noodle hand pulled onsite. No Korean or Northern Chinese dishes, this is strictly the real stuff from the Northeast, complete with complex textures but overly mild flavor. Owners will be the servers, and will probably throw you out if you order Orange Chicken.

This spot is worth visiting. They serve large portions for reasonable rates. Consistently clean and with awesome vibes. Will come visit again.
