I was a bit hesitant to write this review because I don’t want this place to get so busy that i won’t want to deal with the wait times anymore. However I feel like I needed to write a review as this is one of our favorite spots in Las Vegas and they deserve the good praise! They have a convenient website to place orders on if you are wanting takeout. Today we got our usual soup order (house beef noodle and Sichuan hot & sour) they were delicious as always. In addition we decided to try the pork dumpling entree and omg these were delicious. Nice and juicy pork with a perfect dumpling wrapper ... went perfectly with the spicy chili oil. Try these and guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Definitely one of my favorite szechuan noodle place, their noodle and szechuan spices are perfect blend into each other. The noodle has great texture, not too soft and not too hard. The szechuan spice is not too overpowering and still able to feel the numbness and spiciness. I usually ordered the Chengdu ZaJiang noodle (not in photos), House Beef noodle, Chili Oil wonton and Steamed egg minced pork.

Wow for the noodles! Fresh chewy noodles in different soups and sauces! The beef noodle soup has great soup base with just enough chunks of beef, the ribs noodle soup is very flavorful, but the cold noodle is definitely the best! The red oil wantons are comparable to DTF but meatier! Limited public parking lot, cash only (the credit card machine was broken), expect long wait on weekends.
